Catherine Bongiorno: Personal trainer/ group exercise instructor at the lovely Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo,WA, across from The Red Cup Cafe. Fitness is my passion and I pride myself in designing effective workouts that are FUN.I offer four and eight week sculpting programs to small groups(no more than twelve)as well as one-on-one training.
I have been a fitness enthusiast for over ten years. A challenging break-up landed me in the gym, hoping to get my mind off of things and feel better about myself. It worked! Basic workouts led to training with a professional bodybuilder for two years- that’s when the real magic started. I saw my body completely change shape (and size) by incorporating weightlifting into my workouts. It did not take long for me to realize that fitness was my passion and, fully believing I could help others achieve their fitness goals I went to school and became a personal trainer.
I’ve instructed at numerous health clubs in the Seattle area over the years and settled into The Boeing Wellness Center in Everett in 2008, teaching body conditioning, Boot Camp, kickboxing and cycling to Boeing employees. My passion for helping others get and stay fit led me to open my own business, Lift To Lose Fitness, in 2009. Operating out of the Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo, you get the guidance and expertise of a personal trainer without the high price tag. Teaching to a small group (no more than fifteen) allows me to keep a strict eye on your form, strengths and weaknesses, and your level of progression- all while keeping the price affordable.
