Classes at Lift To Lose Fitness come in different formats. Total Body Conditioning is a fun mix of cardio and weight lifting for the full body. Amazing Abs combines high energy aerobics with abdominal and lower back strengthening exercises. Body Sculpt has a stronger focus on building muscle, but make no mistake of it- we get the heart rate up! All Ball emphasizes balance, core conditioning and gentle cardio using the stability ball for a total body workout. A great class for beginners. Small Group Personal Training is fun, fast paced and ever-changing, using a variety of fitness toys and tools. It is a great opportunity to get personal training at a very low price. No two classes are ever the same. I mix it up every time so your mind stays present while you burn fat and sculpt muscle. Class size is limited to 15 students so you get high‐end personal training with a low price tag.
