Classes at Lift To Lose Fitness come in different formats. Total Body Conditioning is a fun mix of cardio and weight lifting for the full body. Flat Abs Boot Camp combines high energy aerobics with abdominal and lower back strengthening exercises. Body Sculpt has a stronger focus on building muscle, but make no mistake of it- we get the heart rate up! No two classes are ever the same.I mix it up every time so your mind stays present while you burn fat and sculpt muscle. Class size is limited to 15 students so you get high‐end personal training with a low price tag.
Can’t commit to the full series? Drop in to any class for $15. First time students, try any class for free.
Space is limited to 15 students per class. Must have a minimum of six enrolled to avoid cancellation of a series. If you have signed up for a series that gets cancelled, you will be issued a prompt, full refund from Rosehill Community Center.
